How long will it take to deliver my order?
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days via UPS Ground, Fed EX or USPS Parcel Post after processing but sometimes can take from 6 to 7 days. International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 days via USPS or UPS. For domestic orders we offer overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery in the "Shopping Cart" drop down menu. Please call us for special pricing on multiple plane orders.
Do you have international shipping?
Yes. All international order requests must be submitted via the website "shopping cart" and paid for through the "Pay Pal" option. Include in the form your e-mail address and all other contact information. Once we have determined the shipping cost you will be sent a "Pay Request" from Pay Pal. Once the "Pay Request" has been funded the item will be shipped. Minimum amount for international orders is $100.00.

How do I return an item?
Customers are allowed to return items as long as they are not used or damaged and are in their original manufacturer packaging (planes and international orders are not returnable). Items can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge. Customers can chose either store credit or a return of funds. All returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 561-337-9214 before items can be returned. All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. Send items to:

What forms of payment can I use to place orders?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, money orders, wire transfers, Pay Pal and checks. Please call our office for orders that are to be paid for by Pay Pal, money order, check or wire transfer. (Toll free 866-841-4206). Checks and money orders must be mailed to our corporate headquarters and clear before orders are shipped. All international orders must be paid for via Pay Pal in US currency. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason due to costs associated with the immediate processing of orders.
Is there a minimum dollar amount for ordering?
Domestic orders must be for $50.00 or more and international orders must for $100.000 or more. Please note that this minimum dollar amount does not include the shipping cost.
Can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO?
No, we do not ship to these destinations due to our carriers' restrictions. All orders must have a physical address.
