All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. Please note that all orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving and will be shipped after that time. Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 business days after processing but sometimes can take from 5 to 7 business days. We offer overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery for parts and accessories in the "Shopping Cart" menu. Sufficient personnel should be available to offload large item(s) from truck. All oversized, heavier items (over 50 lbs.) and hazardous items will be shipped via ground shipping or freight truck. Some items may not calculate correctly for shipping costs; however, you will be notified should these costs vary. Please call us for special pricing on multiple plane ordes.
All international order requests must be submitted via the website "shopping cart" and paid for through the Pay Pal option. Include in the order your e-mail address and all other contact information. Once we have determined the shipping cost you will be sent a "Pay Request" from Pay Pal. Once the "Pay Request" has been funded the item will be shipped. International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 days and are delivered via USPS or UPS. Minimum amount for international orders is $100.00 and can only be paid for in US dollar currency. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes as we are not aware of every country's import regulations.
All items should be insured for their full purchase value when shipped. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for problems associated with the shipping company or acts of God that may cause delivery delays. If possible, we will seek alternate means for items that can’t be delivered by our usual carriers in the normal delivery time frame.
Orders must be for $50.00 or more for domestic and $100.00 or more for international. All transactions are to be made in US dollar currency.
We accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, money orders, checks, wire transfers and Pay Pal. Please call our office for orders that are to be paid for by Pay Pal, money order, check and wire transfer. (Toll free 866-841-4206). Checks and money orders must be mailed to our corporate headquarters and clear before orders are shipped. Checks and money orders must be made out to XTPowersports. International orders can only be paid for through Pay Pal.
All Hazardous materials such as oils, aerosols and cleaners must be delivered by way of ground shipping. Hazardous materials may be shipped separately from other express delivered items for an additional shipping fee.
Customers are responsibe for fitment of parts and accessories before ordering.
Customers are allowed to exchange parts and accessories within 15 days as long as they are not used, damaged and are in their original manufacturer packaging (this return policy excludes air planes and international orders). Items can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge. Customers can chose either store credit or a return of funds. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 561-337-9214 before items can be returned. All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. Send items to:

Orders cannot be canceled for any reason due to costs associated with the immediate processing of orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in listings or items being out of stock. Please feel free to call and check if your item is in stock.
The manufacture’s warranty is the only warranty that applies to item(s) purchased. Please be advised that we do not warranty items sold but will assist in processing of warranty issues.
Customers are responsible for immediately checking their order upon delivery to ensure that there are no damages, all misc. parts are included and the order is correct. Please make notes upon receipt of delivery with the shipper in attendance if there are damages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the shipper and XTJets immediately upon delivery if there are any damages to the shipping container that might affect the item(s) within. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) that are damaged while being shipped. Please report all orders that are incorrect or damaged immediately.
Please note that we do not send out tracking numbers for orders. If a trackiing number is needed please feel free to give us a call 866-841-4206.
Item(s) that are not deliverable or refused delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs.
Orders that have partial items that are backordered will be sent as a complete order when all items are received for shipping. You may call to have item(s) not on backorder to be sent immediately however additional shipping charges may apply.
We reserve the right to correct or update any price changes made by our distributors or correct any discrepancies made to this website as a whole.
All orders must have a physical address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO.
